Personality: Since Rebirth her view of plants and nature has changed massively. What she thought that she once could control she now has a great respect for. She has a great deal of patience for people and plants, and usually is a bit of a social butterfly. Another reason she owns a farm is so when Harvest season comes around, she can through a large throw a large party for everyone to get together and enjoy. Many people tell her how nice she is for doing such things but she always tells them that in this time there needs to be joy in and things to look forward to.
Important Relationships: Her four year old daughter Anya, sadly her husband Hisao passed.
History:
~Prefall~
Lien's life was a good one. She married her High School sweetheart and graduated with honors. She continued onto college to become a biological engineer of crops. She had a great deal of pride in her work, but her husband always reminded her to be humble and remember that nature was a gentle thing and forcing it wouldn't always work. Hisao was a pediatric doctor, who cared deeply for children. When she was 22 she gave birth to their daughter Anya and continued to go to school. She worked hard, earning credits quickly and got a job while still in college. Despite her hard work, she always made time for her daughter. Nothing made her more joyous than her little girl. Sadly during the fall, she lost her husband on the second day to the great Earthquakes.
~Rebirth~
The first day was terrifying... she could remember she had once had a family, and upon seeing the picture and not being able to recall anything more than her daughter's name was heartbreaking. For the most part she curled up and wept, but soon she knew she had to feed because she was growing more and more weak just sitting around.
She was lucky enough to catch small creatures, and though it was disgusting she fed after the first day she wandered till she found people who were like her and in need of a home. Together with the rest she forged her way through Chicago, fighting back beast and hoping she might be able to find someone she knew. Sadly despite the many residents of Miracle, she could not find her daughter.
She instead set to helping the people of Miracle, and with the help of some of the other settlers they made a large fenced in area of Yggdrasil wood to keep the crops safe and now with the help of many workers she keep the fields clear of monsters and tends to it during the day.

Hair: Straight silken black locks flow down to the middle of her back. It's usually tied up to keep out of the way of her face but small wisp will curl and fray out especially when it's humid

Clothing Preference: When Sorrow works in the fields she can always be found wearing loose jeans, boots, long sleeves shirts, gloves, and a wide brimmed sun hat. However once she's off the field and cleaned up, she tends to be barefoot with simple houses dresses on.
Other: Her skin is rather pale from being anemic, so she doesn't really care to be in the sun as she burns rather easily.

Soft wind swirled around the young woman as her dark magenta eyes gazed far out over the fields. The sun was setting to her right and the sight was glorious. Once she had believed herself above nature... but Gaia had proven her oh so wrong. An image of her dark haired husband, laying on his back with a large structure behind her... blocking the view of his lower half flashed through her mind and she could feel a stab of pain shoot through her chest.
Drawing in air she turned, her pale blue simple house dress swayed a bit in the wind and her bear feet walked slowly across the small deck of her her humble abode. The thick straps clung to her body, her mark of Humilitas showed on her shoulder as she took a seat on the simple wooden bench. She lifted up a glass of fresh tangerine juice and took a slow sip of it, enjoying the fresh tangy flavor on her tongue. It was rather sour... the tangerine trees were still young and it wouldn't be for a while longer that their fruit would grow to be more juicy and sweet. Not that Sorrow minded.. it would just make her appreciate them all much more later.
She stretched her legs out, her toes wiggling a little as another breeze swept around her and she gave a shiver at this one. "My... that's a cold one." She frowned a bit and rose, looking over the crops. An early winter would be a terrible thing for the crops but it was just a breeze... she couldn't bring herself to worry. It was something she couldn't control so she picked up the glass to Tangerine juice and headed into her cottage, figuring she would start working on dinner.
