Greetings, citizens of Miracle!
It pains me to inform the People of Miracle that three residents of our First City have failed to live up to their duty as respectable community members. On behalf of our community as a whole, I have regrettably taken actions toward their expulsion. However, these three individuals have made themselves scarce, possibly having left Miracle of their own volition already. If any one person (or group) can provide reasonable evidence that the residents have departed from Miracle (in some fashion) either by a.) substantial witness reports or b.) presentation of their corpses, that person (or group) shall be handsomely rewarded. Similarly, if any one person (or group) can deliver the residents themselves, should they still live in hiding behind our walls, a reward of additional grandeur shall be in order.
Be aware that the Miracle Guard and Errand Service are currently on the search. Consider it a race to determine the skills of our standing community members, both employed and otherwise. A position in the guard may become available, should a lucky participant of the hunt find themselves responsible for the successful retrieval of said residents. The residents' names, identities, and crimes are recorded below.

The first two criminals, whose dealings were first thought to have been isolated (according to public record), are now being considered accomplices for the Piper's kidnappings. Those with more information, please report to administration via the Errand Service.

Akemi, private hired ager, wanted for flagrant disrespect of a public figure and aiding a known criminal- Prince Piper, a streetrat, wanted for multiple accounts of theft and the kidnapping of 3 Miracle children (pending)
